A pioneer of the burgeoning house music genre in the 1990s, Carlos was the house DJ at Palladium, The Roxy, Splash, Limelight, The Tunnel, Sound Factory Bar, and Club USA. He delighted crowds of thousands at circuit parties in Washington DC, New York, Boston, Montreal and Tokyo with his custom mixes that transformed popular songs into club hits. He also had the privilege of opening for Chaka Khan, M People, and Gloria Gaynor.
Carlos played a groundbreaking role in shaping the landscape of the house music scene, contributing significantly to its development and innovation. He added a unique Latin flair to club songs. His blending of tracks is seamless and his tempo is always on point. Carlos recently reentered the music scene, offering fresh interpretations of timeless classics alongside innovative new compositions.
